2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are available to users who are at least 16 years old (or older where required by law).

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, to harass others, or to upload malicious content. You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

All content provided on Novapath (text, video, images, curriculum, and software) is owned by Novapath or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You may not redistribute, republish, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are subject to their terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy which is referenced at checkout.

6. Certificates & Non-Accreditation

Novapath may issue certificates of completion for courses and seasons. Certificates confirm completion only and are not accredited degrees or professional licenses. They do not confer university credit.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for other conduct we reasonably believe is harmful or illegal. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, but some information may persist as required by law or for security/audit purposes.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Novapath disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Novapath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. DMCA & Copyright

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, please contact our DMCA agent atlegal@novapath.co. We respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Novapath is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
